About me
♡ Hi! I'm Shimp! I'm a 22 year old male artist. I've been drawing seriously for about 8 years, and started doing commissions about 4 years ago.
♡ I mostly draw character drawings, and I like to draw a wide variety of characters, ocs or fanart.
♡ I use Firealpaca to draw, and I mostly use custom brushes. I like to make brushes out of random things and see what I can do with them. But my favorite brush is the pencil brush!
♡ I love to experiment with art. I'm often trying new styles or techniques. It keeps my motivation up!

"Webfishers"
A piece I made involving characters of my and someone else's characters in the game WEBFISHING.
"Blood Moon"
A character I designed based on the idea of a blood moon, with the motif of the mochi pounding rabbit on the moon.
"Denji"
An illustration of the character Denji from Chainsaw Man. I like him a lot!
"Chicken Nugget"
A drawing of an oc of mine I've had for a long while. She only got a name when I made this illustration. Her name is Chicken Nugget.
"meaat"
A more abstract illustration of an all-black bunny character of mine. I had fun with shape and textures in this one!
"Chilchuck"
This is part of an illustration I did for a fanfiction. I love Chilchuck a lot.
Color Sketch Illustrations
"Vel"
This is an oc of mine named Vel. I like to draw him because he's cute. He's an imp, but he wouldn't hurt a fly.
"Ket"
An angel oc of mine named Ket. I had fun with the bright teal highlights in this illustration.
"Soleil"
This is an oc of mine named Soleil. He's Vel's brother. I made it a point to draw him very beautiful, while Vel is more cute.
"Twig"
An oc of mine named Twig. I experimented with hard shading and solid black lines in this one. I didn't let myself use my pencil brush.
This one is more of a finished illustration than a sketch, but it's less refined than a full render illustration.
This is a wip of my finished illustration of Chicken Nugget. Less refined than most color sketches since it was a WIP.
Line Sketch Illustrations
"Backwards Angel"
I like to draw wings, so I gave her a lot of them. I made it so it looks like her eye could be looking forwards or backwards depending on how you look at it.
The uncolored WIP of the colored sketch of my character Vel.
"輪切り"
I like to draw angels with tails and multi-ringed halos. I wanted this illustration to have a feeling of nudity without sexuality & blood without violence.
